The Boise State University Symphony Orchestra opens its season with “Lasting Memories,” an all-strings concert exploring music shaped by reflection, remembrance, and the passage of time. The program journeys from the old-world elegance of Respighi’s Ancient Airs and Dances and the changing seasons of Michael Torke’s Last, to the profound beauty of Mahler’s beloved Adagietto from Symphony No. 5. Ernest Bloch’s powerful Concerto Grosso No. 1 brings the evening to a stirring close, showcasing the richness, warmth, and expressive range of the string orchestra.
Join the Boise State University Symphony Orchestra on Wednesday, September 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the Morrison Center Main Hall for an evening of music that looks back—and leaves a lasting impression.

- Parking is included with ticket purchase. See www.MorrisonCenter.com for more information regarding parking and upcoming events.
- Boise State University students, staff and faculty are eligible for one (1) complimentary ticket with valid ID. BSU tickets are available in person at the Morrison Center Ticket Office only.
- Sunday Deal – Save $1.00 per ticket when purchasing both shows on 11/15/26, or 4/18/27. Tickets must be purchased at the same time from the Morrison Center Ticket Office to be eligible for discount.
- Everyone through the door, regardless of age, requires a ticket.
- No professional cameras or recording devices will be allowed without prior written permission.
- No outside food/beverage.
- No large bags will be admitted. All guests and their bags are subject to inspection.
