Access Your Tickets

Thank you for joining us at the Morrison Center! We’re thrilled you’ll be attending this exciting performance. Below are simple steps to access your digital tickets using your smartphone.

Open Account Manager
Step 1

Sign In on Your Smartphone

  • Visit Morrison Center Account Manager on your smartphone.
  • Sign in using the email address connected to your Morrison Center account.
  • If you have never accessed Account Manager before, select Sign Up instead of Sign In.
  • If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to reset it by email or text.
  • You can now use the same email and password for both your Morrison Center and Ticketmaster accounts.
Step 2

Go to My Events

  • Once you are signed in, click My Events in the top navigation bar.
  • Search or scroll to find the performance you plan to attend.
Step 3

Select Your Event

  • Click View Event Details or Select Event next to your performance.
  • This will open the ticket details for that event.
Step 4

Add Tickets to Your Wallet

  • Select a ticket listed under Tickets.
  • Once the rotating barcode appears, click Add to Apple Wallet or Add to Google Wallet.
  • Repeat this process for each ticket, or select Add All if that option is available.

Important Tip

We recommend adding your tickets to your digital wallet the week of your event, or the day of your event, from the comfort of your home. While your ticket barcode may load easily at home, in your car, or in line, connectivity can become unreliable near the ticket scanners.

If reentry is permitted for your event, you will also need easy access to your ticket to reenter.

If you have trouble accessing your tickets digitally, please contact the Morrison Center Box Office at 208-426-1111 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 3 PM.

If you are unable to access your tickets electronically, please stop at the Will Call windows before going through security. Please have your photo ID ready.
