Ticketmaster Support
If you have already purchased tickets through Ticketmaster and need additional support, please reach out to the Ticketmaster Fan Support team. Log into your online Ticketmaster account and select the Live Chat feature. Live Chat is available to fans with an existing order via a computer, tablet, or mobile web browser. To reach a representative through Live Chat, head to the Order History option in your account, click the Order Details link, and click on Live Chat at the bottom right of your order. Chat Representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist you.

Sign Language Interpretation is available. Please contact the Morrison Center Ticket Office to request interpretation services at 208.426.1111 or mccservice@boisestate.edu. Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance and are subject to the availability of interpreters.
